A sophisticated, cosmopolitan and metropolitan Brasserie from Michelin-starred chef Michael Deane. It is extremely popular with local city types and in the evenings with the smart media sets. It has also played host to luminaries from the worlds of fashion, music and politics - listing U2, John de Rocha and former American ambassadors as patrons. Relaxed and informal, the Brasserie is ideal for a protracted lunch or a relaxing, good quality evening meal. As expected Deane continues to invent and create. Food ranges from simple pasta carbonnara, to Thai fish cakes, seafood risotto, anchovy cocktail with marie-rose sauce, smoked salmon and good mozzarella, tomato and olive salads.
