Very happy with this hotel!
This hotel is in a perfect location in San Francisco with access to the best parts of the city. The staff is very friendly and the room was nice and clean. Perrys is located in the hotel and is a great restaurant with a fun vibe. Overall staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience and a great alternative to staying at chain hotels!

Poor Customer Service
Although it has a fabulous location, the rooms are incredibly small. We had zero view. The bellmen were very helpful, but the lady at the front desk could really care less about customer satisfaction. The hotel writeup on Yahoo lists indoor pool under amenities. What they don't mention is that the pool is a couple of doors down at the YMCA and you have to pay to use it.
