Nibble on Italian bread dipped in vinegar while you wait for your Penne Rustica or Scaloppini di Pollo, two of the restaurant's signature dishes. For the less adventurous, the restaurant's wood-burning oven adds a wonderful flavor to traditional pizza. If you are lucky, you may even be serenaded by an opera-quality soprano.
