This is an 18 hole, par 72 golf course located in High Gosforth Park, just off the A1 and next to Newcastle Race Course, and the prestigious Marriott Gosforth Park Hotel. Visitors are welcome with prior reservations, or by the introduction of a current member, but may not play at weekends or on competition days. There is also a 45 bay floodlit driving range (open to all), and a nine hole pitch and putt course, as well as a friendly bar and restaurant that serves meals and snacks all day. Lessons are also available. Trolleys can be hired for a small fee.
