Twenty years ago, this former film area was occupied by a fierce group of anarchists-today it is one of the best established cultural centres of the town. However, the area still maintains its old rigid rules that were followed back in the 70s. In the organic bakery shop, the health food store and the school to the circus and Samba groups, a wide range of various events serve as authentic cultural representatives.
