With Bella Italia, owner Carlo Croci adds on to his success of the original Bella Italia in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Unusual game fare is served here, including gourmet entrees made with buffalo, elk, ostrich, emu, quail, venison, Texas antelope and caribou. Traditional Italian recipes are served as well. House specialties include savory elk with porcini mushroom sauce, delicious salmon in Pernod sauce, delicate orange roughy with olive oil and herbs, and luscious linguine with grilled chicken.
