The old and renowned Ristorante Pappagallo whose fame extends beyond the confines of Italy, is quoted in the most famous gastronomic guides and can be found in the heart of Bologna since 1903 very near the Towers. The restaurant is decorated with care and refinement creating the right atmosphere to savor extraordinary dishes which are always well-presented. The cuisine has its roots in ancient Bolognese traditions but still offers more creative, fantasy dishes. There are specialties such as: Mediterranean salted prawns, Ricotta tortelli with nut sauce, Pappagallo lasagna, potato pudding with orange caramel and to finish in style, the Pappagallo frozen chocolate dessert.
