When a restaurant in New York City is constantly packed, no matter what the hour, it is usually a good indication that the spot merits a visit. The Soho standby Raoul's is no exception. The chic bar scene draws a healthy number of the late night, bohemian crowd, including the occasional celebrity. If you do decide to eat here, there are plenty of steaks (Steak Au Poivre is a favorite) and other standard bistro fare.
