Visitors to the David Crockett State Park would be pleased with all the activities for modern-day adventurers. There are about 107 primitive or RV campsites, with table, grill, electricity, water hookups and bathhouse. Fish for free from the banks of well-stocked Lake Lindsey. You'll need to rent a boat from the park to get on the water as no private boats are allowed. Pedal or hike scenic trails, get a group together for softball or volleyball, or lounge by the pool.
