You'll be hard-pressed to find a more authentic Bahamian eatery, especially in touristy Port Lucaya. This simple, no-frills snack shack serves conch, conch and more conch. Have the conch, you really have no choice! It comes roasted, scorched, broiled, jerk, Alfredo or in a souse. Breakfast is the only meal where conch is not the main menu item. You can start your day with eggs and bacon. Decor is bare bones and the proprietress divides her time between taking orders and chatting with her customers, most of whom are local.
