This late Gothic-style convent, founded in 1512 by Alonso Fonseca, is located in a very quiet street opposite San Francisco park. At the entrance you will see the founder's shield, with five bright stars held by an angel. You will notice the very high polygonal apse of the chancel, with flamboyant Gothic-style cresting. Inside the building you can appreciate the two choirs, the coro alto in the gallery, with its splendid Gothic screen, and the coro bajo in the nave, with very beautiful 16th century panels.
