This eatery is considered somewhat avant-garde by the Viña del Mar culinary community, thanks to its practise of hiring university students as wait staff, and to its creative usage of numerous unconventional pizza toppings. If you're looking for a different sort of pizza, this is your place. With a maximum capacity of up to seventy tables, and four times that number in customers, the decoration leans towards the informal, with wood fittings in abundance. Everyone is welcome here, although the regular clientele tends to be in the thirty to forty age range. Highly recommended is the Caramrones al Pil-Pil Pizza (Prawns in a garlic sauce preparation), or the Calamares en su Tinta (Squid in its Ink) confection. Or try the Jalapeña Pizza, with tomato, chicken and avocado. And if you're looking for something a bit lighter, go for the Asparagus, Palm Heart, Mushroom and Sweet Corn Pizza.
