Excellent Staff!
My husband and I stayed here with our 3 girls, 22, 22 and 24 years old. We liked the location because the hotel was on the strip and opened to the street. The pools were wonderful and the beach access and the beach location were perfect. We were spoiled by the very attentive, professional and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is located in a restaurant that has a panoramic view of the bay. Each day featured fresh eggs and pancakes made to order in addition to a vast selection of well prepared food. The service was excellent. Lunch at the pool includes everything from tacos to full meals and the service is excellent. Dinner is excellent but the main restaurant was closed so the serving area was not air conditioned and hot. The buffet nights were the best but again hot.

The BEST hotel in the heart of town!!
I have visited the Fiesta Americana many times now over the years & this hotel is clearly a top 2 overall along with the Emporio down the block as being the nicest hotel in the heart of town.

Very Good
I am 18 and got back yesterday from this hotel - first of all, I was able to check-in with absolutely no problems even though I am under 21, staff was friendly and spoke good english at the front desk.
