Serving a variety of typical Mexican dishes, this restaurant is on the coast and has a facade that looks very much like the terrace of a Mexican hacienda. The menu includes Pozole (a stew incorporating grains of maize and strips of pork in a creamy broth,) Menudo (beef tripe cooked in a red spicy sauce) and all sorts of meat dishes. The house specialty is the Molcajete, a plate for two served in a Mexican spice-grinding bowl, and consisting of fried cured meat, chorizo sausage, beef and chicken fajita meat, avocado, salted pork cracklings, beans, prickly pears and cheese.
