Couldn't ask for more
The hotel is beautiful. Location was fantastic, centrally located for public transportation. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, and the concierge marvelous. I will definitely stay there again.

Didn't live up to other JW Marriotts
The location was not bad, only a block from Union Square. Having stayed at other JW hotels this did not even compare. Our room was not ready on time upon arrival after a lengthy flight and we found the staff to be unapologetic and uncaring. The breakfast was slow and although the staff was good it was overpriced and overrated. The room was clean but lacking any kind of warm touches such as turn down service and chocolates on your pillow as most other Marriotts do. Just a cold hotel in general. Does not have a good vibe or a welcoming feel. Probably fine for business travelers but would not recommend for honeymoon or romantic vacations.

location was perfect
The location was perfect and the staff went out of their way to assist us with information on ski packages, tours and shopping. The service was great! The complimentary breakfast was a real treat and a money saver. We met other guests from all over the United States and enjoyed visiting with them
