Film lovers look forward to this popular festival held annually. Independent filmmakers and directors meet to share their thought-provoking works during this five-day event. People attend screenings of more than 60 films, black-tie to casual parties, silent auctions, film discussions and workshops. The event usually kicks off with a Comedy Party at the Cal-Neva Resort. Tickets to individual screenings cost USD8. VIP passes start at USD75 and a Platinum VIP pass runs USD400, although special offers may be available.
