This attractive, early-16th century mansion house is located opposite the San Benito Church and next to the Casa de Solís. It was designed by Juan de Alava and Diego Maldonado - Archbishop Fonseca's steward - once lived here. Nowadays, it's a university hall of residence. The intricately decorated plateresque façade features a window with the Fonseca family coat-of-arms on both sides. Not open to the public.
