The directorate will arrange the co-ordination of all congress and Trade Fair activities, the complete preparation of exhibitions, installation of stands, every support including advertising, translation, interpreting and secretarial services etc. There is a total of 20,000 square metres of exhibition space in the various halls and pavilions.
