Martinis, celebs, and huge steaks make Gibsons Bar & Steakhouse. It is a traditional steakhouse so everything is a la carte and prices add up quickly. Meal portions are larger than life and include the standard steak and seafood selections i.e. shrimp, lobster and filet mignon. Side dishes are simple but satisfying. Sautéed spinach and other seasonal vegetables are well prepared. Extra large baked or double baked potatoes are standard. Now for dessert—fresh strawberry shortcake is enough to satiate even the most discerning diner!
