Alter Markt is home to some of Salzburg's classiest cafés, one of which is this traditional establishment near the cathedral. Boasting a long and proud history, Café Fürst is spread over two floors, both of which are stylishly and comfortably furnished. The choice of food includes a number of savory snacks, but Café Fürst is undoubtedly most well known for its scrumptious home-made cakes and chocolates.
