The Nagano on the wonderfully-renovated Artis Hof is right in the middle of Salzburg. The decor is understated but elegant and on a warm day diners can sit in the square. The menu is written in Japanese, English and German and there is a large variety of Japanese food including Temaki, Sushi, Sashimi, Norimaki, Tempora, Udon and Bento.
