Welcoming
Old St. Mary's pastor and ushers were very welcoming to me. I'm from Middletown, N.Y. I asked if I could take up the gifts at the Offeratory of the mass and the answer was,"Yes." I felt so honored!

Modern Cathedral majesty!
Although locals have dubbed it St. Mary Maytag because of its outer resemblance to a washing machine agitator, the inside of this modern cathedral is quite remarkable and well worth a visit. Great concerts are held here as well.

St. Mary Cathedral
Absolutely beautiful. Everyone in town should come visit this gorgeous church. It is Californi'a first cathedral, and a major piece of the state's, as well as San Francisco's history.
