You just can't miss the huge film placards outside the Europa Center on Kurfürstendamm. They belong to the Royal Palast cinema in the Europa Center, a top address for the latest Hollywood blockbusters. The cinema has the largest screen in town and a bombastic sound system to match. However, while Screen 1 is fantastic, screens 2-5 leave much to be desired. The Royal Palast used to host the annual Berlin Film Festival before it moved to Postdamer Platz.
