The Pizza Express restaurants prove that you don't have to give up on sophistication just because you're a chain. Pizza Express is fully licensed, with one side of the restaurant given over to a pleasant bar, where you can enjoy a pre-pizza drink. There are, of course, lots of Pizzas on offer. They are cooked in the open-plan kitchen by dough-tossing chefs, and are guaranteed to be fresh and devoid of production-line plasticity. Try the Soho - topped with Raw Rocket and fresh Strips of Parmesan, this is one of the most unusual Pizza varieties in town.
