Once a German restaurant, the Greenbriar revamped its menu and renovated its space and now dishes up fancy American fare in a spacious, bright setting. The restaurant, built in 1879 as a pioneer home and general store, offers views of wild flower filled meadows, and the landmark Flatirons (The) menu features fine dining favorites, including Beef Wellington and Glazed Roasted Duck, as well as curious entrees like the Seared Ostrich Filet.
