Prepare yourself for such gastronomic delights as peppered venison with creamed artichoke, shiitake mushrooms and Jus of lemongrass; crisped salmon with couscous, ratatouille and fried leeks or canon of lamb with roast scallops, celeriac mash, Pomme Aana and curry oil - the menu changes regularly.
