The kitchen's lard-free cooking uses only pure vegetable oils, an artery-sparing alternative to the usual fat-laden fare. Be sure to try the Green Chile Tamales and the Chicken Posole Stew. This place feels a lot more like earthy Flagstaff than many of the pseudo South-of-the Border restaurants in town.
