The restaurant serves as the main restaurant in the popular Abaco Beach Resort & Boat Harbour. Hotel guests and tourists from around the Abacos come to enjoy the creations of Austrian-born chef Dietmar Uiberreiter. Lunch features light fare such as salads, soups and sandwiches, but dinner is where Chef Uiberreiter gets to shine. The menu changes nightly, but a typical meal is highlighted by a seafood dish such as Sesame Grouper or Grilled Wahoo with a tropical sauce.
