For a "local" feel...
If you're looking for a place like Carlos and Charlie's, steer clear. If you appreciate mixing with local residents, this is the place. Make sure you check the hours before you go - don't assume they're open for dancing every night.

FUN!!
We had a really great time at Neptuno's dancing the night away. When we were there, a Mexican Dance Show was there, it was lots of fun.
