Please. This is the biggest ripoff in Cozumel. Bad cover bands, lots of drunk teenagers, and watered down drinks.

Why?
Why would you ever go to the Hard Rock Cafe while in Mexico? I can go to the one in my hometown (not that I ever would). Mediocre food, mediocre drinks.
