As with many hotel bars, the décor here is rather nondescript and drinks are outrageously expensive at $8 a beer. However, tables and chairs -- perhaps placed a little too close together for comfort -- line the picture windows so that everyone can enjoy the view from the 20th floor of the Marmara Istanbul Hotel. The floor-to-ceiling windows afford an amazing 360 degree panoramic view of Istanbul’s unrivaled beauty. The service is, of course, impeccable, and small bowls of nuts and seeds come complimentary with your drink.
