Dont hire Caballito del Caribe.
Hired a snorkelling trip with my girlfriend. The weather got really ugly so the boat headed to the pier away from the city. The two guys from the boat literally dumped us from the boat (me, my girlfriend and 8 other tourists) saying that we had to return to Cozumel on our own (5km). Then they disspareared and we had to find 3 cabs to return to the town. This is no way to treat customers. When you get to Cozumel, DONT HIRE Caballito de Caribe

Top notch diving in Cozumel
We've been on several dives with this shop over the past 10 years. Each one has been great! They use small boats (at most 6-8 divers) and very friendly, experienced dive masters. The rental equipment is not fantastic, but it's in good shape, and the crew service is the best I've ever encountered.

awesome experience
The instructors were great and the atmosphere was phenomenal. Thank you for all you adventures. The dive was great and the equipment was in good condition. Just wanted to say a great overall experience.
