This 2 week long festival literally takes dancing to new heights. Instead of presenting traditional ballet and jazz ensembles it combines rock climbing skills with choreographed dance disciplines to present a stunning display of movement that will cause even the most casual of dance fans to utter "Mother of Pearl will you look at that!" Dancers employ bungies, ropes and harnesses, and trapezes to make their magic. Classes, lectures and demonstrations are also offered during the festival.
