Not Just Jazz By The Bay has long been the cult leader in promoting live music acts in the city, decades before the Hard Rock Cafe, Blue Frog and Zenzi sunk roots. The loyal clientèle comes in not only for the salad, soup and pasta lunch but also for the jam-packed musical nights. A place just feels right when the mug of Armstrong greets you at the washroom, simply declaring 'Lou'. It's a decidedly jazz theme, no doubt, but Not Just Jazz regularly showcases live artists spanning all genres, from Classic Rock to Pop.
