Located on the grounds of the Tiera Del Sol golf course, this fine-dining establishment is everything one would expect. Tablecloths are white, views are spectacular, and food presentations are elaborate. Being that this is Aruba, seafood is a fixture, though here it is presented with such varied accompaniments as pesto sauce and ginger vinaigrette.
