From what was once the sanctuary for Haj Hidder, Dar Moha has come a long way. The present owner and chef Moha has rightly preserved the grandeur and architecture of the riad and converted it into what is arguably Marrakech's finest restaurant. The cuisine is contemporary, yet traditional with everything from pigeon stuffed pastillas to the lamb, seafood and meat tagines.
