This is a celebration of the culture of Celtic regions such as Brittany, France, Wales, Cornwall, Isle of Man, Galicia, Spain, Ireland and Scotland. The Celtic Fest is an annual event held towards the end of summer. Entry is free to this event featuring art, storytelling, dance, culture, music and food. Irish step dancing, Bagpiper parade, language lessons, Céilí Dance Tent, men in kilts are the highlights of the festival. Beautiful hand knit sweaters, handmade jewelry, photographs and Celtic paintings are on display. Ancient Irish sports are played during the festival. Held at Grant Park.
