The Soup & Juice café offers tasty, affordable meals and snacks using fresh produce and flavor combinations inspired by the cuisines of South America, Asia, and California. The soups change each week to make the most of seasonal produce, and an accompanying salad, sandwich, or quiche makes a filling meal. The juices and cocktails are energizing mixtures of fruits, vegetables, and "boosters" selected for their health benefits.
