Fitted to look like the name suggests, this underground restaurant and wine haven is decked out with earth tones, dim lighting, and heavy textures. They serve a wide variety of dishes and get a particular buzz for their seafood, but wine is really the name of the game at this seductive establishment. All available reds, whites, and champagnes are served by the glass or by the bottle and some of the choices are absolutely top-notch. They are especially famous for their selection of wines from Australia and New Zealand.
