This charming four-star boutique hotel welcomes visitors with a large portrait of Evita in the spacious lobby. Formerly known as the Phoenix Hotel, the building was completely remodeled and renamed the Esplendor Buenos Aires. While the outside is still boasts beautiful French architecture, the interior is quite modern, clean and minimalistic.
