Christopher Wicks, the head chef and owner of Bell's Diner, has a passion for only the finest local produce, the most modern and innovative cuisine, and the tastiest classical dishes served by an acutely talented team of chefs and waiters. Here's one tit-bit for you about Bell's Diner's history: it is a converted grocer's shop, and the restaurant is split into three distinct areas, with views of the kitchen, and the passers-by outside entertaining you on each visit.
