This small and cosy restaurant is an example of how savoury and interesting serious American food can be. All dishes are prepared from authentic Creole and Cajun recipes from Louisiana (New Orleans). They are a mix of African, French and Spanish flavors, like the Creole fish, Cajun shrimp, jambalaya and a superb shrimp au gratin served in a shell. The pecan pie with vanilla ice-cream is unforgettable and the wine list is the pride of the French chef. The décor is a tribute to New Orleans. It features light-painted walls where many posters from New Orleans are highlighted. Pleasant lighting with lots of flowers and plants. The jazz music in the background adds color to this pleasant restaurant.
