The Island Shangri-La is one of Hong Kong's top hotels and Petrus is one of its top restaurants. Specializing in French food, it scores high on service, quality of food and altitude. Located on the 56th floor, Petrus offers great views over Hong Kong. You have to be fairly solvent to enjoy the full range of the menu because on the 56th floor, food does not come cheap. A la carte is available, or you can opt for set menus ranging in price from HKD760 to HKD900. Jackets are required for men and no jeans are allowed!
