Since 1974 this restaurant has been touted as one of the best in Rome dining. The menu creations by chef Alberto Ciarla include a variety of fish and raw fish choices. This is a restaurant well-known to Romans, thanks to their delicious menu. Some of the dishes that have made this eatery famous are pasta and beans with seafood, mixed raw fish, the fritto all'antica made with durum wheat and aromatic herbs instead of traditional batter. An extensive list of regional, homemade desserts and an extensive wine list are also on offer. It is also open for late-night theatregoers.

average cost: EUR 45
