This is without a doubt Madrid's most famous nightclub, which attracts the rich and famous from all over the world as well as a faithful local crowd. It changed its name from Joy Eslava after a fire and consequent renovation work in 1998, but most people still call it by its original name. The building was originally a theater and dates from the 1870s.
