What used to be the famous Elephant Walk (check out the elephants on the windows) is now a well-loved neighborhood bar named in memory of slain Supervisor Harvey Milk. Its decor and atmosphere are both classy and understated, with local historical paraphernalia on the walls and ceiling. This isn't really a cruising bar, it's a place to meet and talk with friends. Wednesdays and Thursdays host special cabaret-type shows, while window seating provides entertainment all week long.
