Formerly the Quality Hotel, the Chasley is in the very heart of Newcastle's city centre, and therefore couldn't be more conveniently placed for public transport, shops, and nightlife. Looking further afield, both the coast and Gateshead Metro Centre are within five miles. It's a modern and comfortable three-star hotel which has a choice of two bars, but the large (120 seat) rooftop bar and restaurant do offer some striking views across the city.
