Located in the same building as Setagaya Public Theater, the smaller Theater Tram seats 240 and stages predominantly contemporary drama and dance. As many of the works staged are by local artists, it is a good place to check out the up-and-coming talent in Japanese theater. Refreshments are available in a coffee shop and at a restaurant with 25 tables that serves mainly western-style dishes.
