Pacific Heights is not usually a very economical place. There are exceptions to that rule and ZAO Noodle Bar is one such place. Inside, wheat-colored walls and wood furniture give a warm glow to the place, with window tables as well as outside seating, and plenty of fresh air. The food is delicious. Thai-style Curry-Coconut Prawns is spicy, sweet and soul satisfying. Vietnamese Rice Noodles with Vegetables is like a bowl full of springtime.
