The garage origins of this popular spot are not readily apparent in this barn of an eatery with large windows and classy open-beamed ceiling. It is casual, but in an upscale way, and full of locals from seniors to young families chowing down indoors or on the inviting patio out back. The menu includes Cajun scrambled eggs, goat cheese salad and grilled vegetable quesadillas. Word has it that some local celebrities have been spotted here, too, but the off chance of seeing Sean Penn is not the reason to make the trek here. It is the food served up with down-home friendliness and great efficiency.
